What is Dry Stack?

Dry Stack is a convenient way of storing RIBS and Motorboats out of the water. It is cost effective, safe and secure storage that offers you the flexibility of a launch on demand service. Think of it as valet parking for your boat. A specialist marine forklift safely transports your boat from a racked system to the water whenever you need to use it.

How does Dry Stack work for you?

Our ‘Dry Stack’ service is available to you 7 days a week and includes unlimited launches & recoveries. Monthly, Quarterly, Six monthly or annual rates available. It’s as easy as:

• Simply calling us in advance and letting us know when you would like to launch your boat.
• Our experienced team will then safely move your boat from the racks at Cardiff Marine Village to the water and deliver it to a designated berth at Cardiff Marina.
• When you return you leave the boat at the same berth in the marina and our team will return it to its individual rack position at Cardiff Marine Village.

How much notice is required?

Ideally one hours notice is preferred during boatyard hours (mon-fri 9am-4pm). When you want to use your boat on weekends or if you think you are likely to use it ideally please let us know by 4pm on Friday so we can arrange for your boat to be on the water in plenty of time for you.
